Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and how we handle international orders.

Shipping & Processing

Processing takes 2-4 business days for in-stock items. During this time, we carefully package your sculpture to ensure safe delivery.

Standard shipping typically takes one week after processing. We’ll provide tracking information once your sculpture ships.

Yes, we do ship internationally for full-sized bronze busts. Half-sized busts are available for international shipping with an additional fee depending on the country of origin. Please note that customers are responsible for all tariffs and customs fees.

Each bronze sculpture is professionally wrapped in protective materials and secured in custom packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered sculptures require 3 to 3.5 months for our foundry to cast. This time frame ensures the highest quality bronze casting process.

Yes, you can cancel a pre-order. However, there will be a 30% cancellation fee of the full price.

Yes, we’ll keep you informed throughout the casting process with regular updates on your sculpture’s progress.

Pre-orders require a 50% deposit to begin the casting process. Once your bust is finished, you’ll receive a bill for the remaining 50%. Please note that failure to make the final payment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Product Information

Our sculptures are cast in high-quality Everdur bronze, which is known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and strength. All casting is done at our foundry in Loveland, Colorado, using traditional foundry techniques to ensure durability and longevity.

While the bronze itself is weather-resistant, our bronze busts feature wooden bases that are not suitable for outdoor placement. For outdoor display, you would need to provide an appropriate weather-resistant base or mounting system.

Yes, we accept commissions for life-sized busts or 3/4 life-sized busts. Please note that we do not create animal portraits.

Ordering & Payment

For online purchases, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For commission work, we only accept cashier’s checks with a 50% deposit required to begin the project.

No, we do not offer payment plans.

Yes, we use secure payment processing to protect your financial information.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on any bronze sculptures and any other fine art due to their custom artistic nature.

If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges may be possible depending on the circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Care & Maintenance

Bronze sculptures require minimal maintenance. Regular dusting with a soft cloth is usually sufficient. For outdoor pieces, we can provide specific weathering and patina care instructions.

Bronze naturally develops a patina (color change) over time, especially when exposed to the elements. This is part of bronze’s natural aging process and is considered desirable by many collectors.
